Most approaches treat symptoms, not root causes. The Calm Core Method identifies what’s actually driving your stress patterns emotionally, psychologically, and behaviourally, and helps you change them in a way that lasts.

What makes your coaching different?

I rebuilt my own wellbeing after years of stress, anxiety, and IBS, and I’ve spent years studying psychology, trauma-informed methods, sleep, habits, and behaviour change. My coaching is a structured, science-based process grounded in both research and lived experience – not generic advice.

I don’t have time for another commitment.

The program is designed for busy people. We focus on small, sustainable changes that fit into your life, not overwhelming routines. Other than the first assessments, most weeks take about 2 hours of your time, plus any physical training we might add. Should training be added, we’ll make sure it fits your daily routines easily.

Will it actually work for me?

Everyone is different, which is why we start with a deep assessment to understand your specific patterns. If we’re a good fit, we’ll create a plan tailored to your personality, your nervous system, and your real life. The discovery call helps us both see if this approach is right for you. Naturally, results vary depending on participation and life context, so your consistency and openness matter most.

Are you a therapist?

No. I’m not a licensed therapist, and I don’t diagnose or treat clinical conditions like severe depression, psychosis, or trauma requiring medical care. I use psychology-, trauma-, and behaviour-informed practices to help self-aware adults who are emotionally stable enough to do this work and want lasting change in their life, habits, and stress patterns.

Is the program fixed at four months?

Most clients see the biggest results within three to four months, and the method is designed around that timeframe. But life happens; people get sick, kids need attention, schedules shift. If you need more time, we simply extend the work schedule. The structure is clear, but the timing is flexible.

What happens if I get results really quickly?

It happens from time to time, and if we both feel the goals are achieved earlier than expected, any left-over meetings can be held later or converted into chat-based help over time. The focus is always on real results, not a set number of months.

How much does this cost? Can I pay in instalments?

The package costs 3500€, and it includes all the indepth questionnaires, assessments, whatsapp or linkedin support, and meetings held over 4 months. In cases of illnesses or other obstructions, the package’s length can be increased at no cost. And yes, of course you can pay in instalments and in any currency accepted by Stripe at no extra cost.
